Conference Fees


The following registration fees will cover the programme and abstract booklet, all teas and participation in the social functions.

The following accommodation prices are for full board for the full duration of the conference, i.e., overnight accommodation and all meals, from Monday (2 May) evening dinner to Friday (6 May) breakfast, as well as three game activities. Note that check-in on Monday 2 May is only after lunch time.

Note: Delegates accompanied by their spouses will be charged the non-sharing tariff (R7 650) while their spouses will be charged R4 450. This gives the same total cost as for two delegates sharing, namely R12 100.

Transport to Kariega will be arranged for those arriving at Port Elizabeth Airport on Monday 2 May.  Buses will leave the airport at 11h00 and 15h00, and the transport back to the airport on Friday 6 May will leave Kariega at 10h00 (to arrive at the airport by 12h00).
